15 Simple Ways to Feel Warm

Here are 15 ways to be warm over the holidays and well into the winter months.

  6. Sip warm drinks. Tea, coffee or hot chocolate are all delicious.

  7. Enjoy a bowl soup. Soup is nurturing and healing like nothing else.

  9. Read a book. One that warms your heart.

  10. Get festive. Feel the warmth of a hot toddy or glass of wine. There’s always something to celebrate. Toast to the past and look forward to 2020.

  11. Snuggle up on the couch. in your coziest clothes with a blanket to watch a movie with loved ones.

  12. Take a hot bath. Or, shower! Add little luxuries like epsom salts or eucalyptus and stay a while longer. If you can visit one, a steam room or sauna is extra soothing.

  13. Light a fire. Candles also count. Enjoy the warm glow.

  14. Cook or bake. Keep it simple, but use the oven for added warmth in your home.

  15. Keep your feet warm. Wear cozy socks + slippers around the house.
